scenario_descr = Counterattack near Soltsy (14—18 july, 1941) – one of the first successful counterattacks against the German troops attacking Leningrad, launching by Soviet troops near the town of Soltsy. As a result of this counterattack, the German army was driven for 40 kilometers.  this counterattack as well as the defence forces of the Red Army near Luga managed to slow down the attack of the offensive troops in Leningrad for nearly a month.
